CREDIT TELEPHONE cards

Of course a VISA or an American express , a Shell gas card or any other type of 
credit card that can be used to phone is not the aim of this collection.

Electronic wallet cards can be used to phone also..not the aim of this collection.

A telephone credit card is intented to PHONE FIRST and PAY afterwards.
All other type of phonecards are DEBIT cards .. FIRST PAY and then PHONE.

There should be intentionally written that the credit card is for telephone ONLY
or as primary use to phone.  Most of these cards are NOMINATIVE (on name) where
it can be invoiced. Therefore these cards are mostly hard to get, and have small
application field; and not available to the great-public.
